STUDENT ABSENCES
If your child is absent from school please write a note and send with the child on their return to school. If the absence is long please send the explanation to the teacher. Advance information of absences is useful. If no explanation has been furnished you may receive an ABSENCE NOTE to fill in. Regular attendance is of great importance during schooling.
If your child is to be absent in the afternoon, make sure the teacher knows in advance. Unexpected disappearances after lunch cause much loss of time and unnecessary worry to the teachers. You will need to complete an Early Leavers Pass at the office before collecting your child early.
NO CHILD IS PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL GROUNDS WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE PARENT AND THE SCHOOL.
